Ah yes, that may be the Plaid ID, can you check in Stripe to see what ID you have?
If you don't have it logged, you can likely see it in the Payments section of your Dashboard

so I'm not finding a record of the payment in the Stripe dashboard
I do know that this customer's bank is Bay Federal Credit Union
My team is saying that "Bay Federal Credit Union" cannot be integrated with Stripe since Plaid returns an error when attempting to authorize a payment from that bank with Stripe

Do you know if you made Stripe calls or got any Stripe errors during this process?

Unfortunately I don't have much insight in to that. I would talk to Plaid about that error. If they say it is on the Stripe side they might know what info to provide us

Have you noticed issues similar to this in the past? I.e. are there specific institutions that Stripe does / doesn't support for ACH?
