Unfortunately there is not an alternative domain and JS needs to be loaded directly from Stripe to stay PCI compliant

ok

Can you recreate this yourself? Can you ask the customer to load the page again and inspect the developer console for errors?

waxen moat
#

no, having trouble recreating this ourselves

#

looks like we'll need to pry more information from the customer, a bit difficult

Yeah unfortunately without more info I am not sure what this may be

just discovered this seems to be a potential styling issue with Chrome version 95, trying to adjust Element Style values but nothing helping yet

Good to hear it may not have been the filter. So Stripe is loading properly from what you can tell?

yes- just when you type in the Elements input field, nothing shows up to the user, however when you enter an invalid card the error messages show up (outside of elements in my own html element)

#

wonder how i can best troubleshoot this, adjusting more styles with Elements?

That can be it. Also maybe just turning the styles off and seeing if it shows up properly?

#

Unfortunately I am not that familiar with the styling aspect of this

Hello! Are you still around? We just pushed out a potential fix for this issue; can you see if your customers are still experiencing this issue?
