Unfortunately I can't help on this server. Support is the right avenue for this kind of issue.
They have not been helpful, even saying that they do not have access to our account logs to see the activity, all while Stripe continues to pull money from our bank account. Who can we reach on this "technical team" to resolve the issue?

No suggestions, other than the Support address, which has not helped at all?
On this server we can only advise on coding solutions for integration errors. Account issues like this go through support. Unfortunately, I don't have an extra way to contact or push them on this issue if they are already talking to you.
Sorry to keep asking, but it's been a couple weeks now and all they say is they're talking to the "tech team" and waiting for answers. Is there an avenue to contact this "tech team" directly? Seems like there are three camps here: support, development, and tech, and the first two have been of no help.
