I think you are right that you cannot add products to a coupon after creation. I think you will want to delete the old coupon(s) and make new ones

That is a lot of work and a batch job I'd rather not run.
The coupons get 2 uses for the year so if they have used it once or both times I would need to reflect that in the new code and grab the date of the current code. Create in Stripe, save in database all because products can't be added to a coupon.
An interesting restriction. I am sure there are system reasons for it.
So I have no options from what you see but to create a new coupon and cut new promotion codes?

Understandable, that would would add complexity. Unfortunately that is the only way I can see to have these coupons with both products.
