What do you mean you can't transfer then, exactly?

So when I transfer money from a credit card to a user's account they are able to receive the money in their account (which is on our app) and it shows up on the balance. But from there the balance does not trasnfer off our app to their bank account

This process used to work but is not working anymore any we have not made any changes from our side

that's a payment method -- does it belong to one of the accounts, or your platform?

No, that's a payment method (pm_) ie,. a saved card etc
