@lucid terrace you need 3 phases mostly. One on November 3rd for the price, then one that starts on November 15 for the same price but no proration, then another one on December for the same price again, no proration
So these subs already have a phase set to Nov 3 currently and then a cancel farther down in the future. So how best to update the existing sub schedule, same or different than you just described?
similar to what I said but you also need to track the cancelation part
So how best the handle cancelation, best to set the end date param or use iterations?
I would do iterations
And for new sub schedules where I need to do this can I set the start date of the schedule to be Oct 3rd and then somehow put a trial date on the second phase to skip the Nov 3rd payment and make it the 15th? Or how does the back dating work with sub schedules? When does it charge the first payment?
AFAIK backdating on schedules does not work at all
Huh. It says you can set the start date to a schedule to a date in the past in the api docs. So what’s the all about then?
huh I've never seen this sentence. Didn't we explicitly discuss this last week and said it didn't work? Have you tried?
We did sort of discuss this yeah. I didn’t try it because you had mentioned it wasn’t possible. I just saw it in the api when looking for something else today and it confused me hahaha.
Yeah, I'll test it here to see if it works. Will let you know!
Did everything work for you here?
