I hd been going back and forth on whether it was just easier to create the subscription on the Connect account. But as it stands, they exist on the platform account

Now when you say to ask for access, is this access dev/test?

The feature is not public. So it needs to be enabled on your account if you want to use it, which is what you need to ask our support team
