@deft inlet hello! I'm sorry I don't understand what that could mean. Elements is a client-side UI library for collecting payment details, what would you copy to the connected account?

Can I ask you to be a lot more specific with what you are really trying to do?

Hi again @molten sequoia ! we don't want to copy it to connected account. We plan to recommend stripe to mulitple partners we work with, but all of the will need same Elements setup . So to ease Stripe usage we will need an easy transfer of the setup from one separate account to another

Unfortunately, you are mixing up a lot of the words and concepts. I know there's a lot of them. But I really don't follow. Elements purely collect card details (and other payment details) client-side. This has nothing to do with separate accounts, Connect, etc.

Who are the partners? I thought you were building a tipping and shipping platform

each partner will have his own account at stripe, not connected to us

what we came up to is that we have to use use Stripe Elements and make our own custom form for letting customer to choose the amount of tip (1,3,5,10 USD) at separate tips payment page or so that that theys able to enter manually the digits.
answer earlier was
"
no regular one off/non-Stripe-Checkout payments don't work with a Product/Price, you will have to create a PaymentIntent for an amount:
and confirm it using the card details entered into CardElement

this is all covered at https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-card-payments , you should show your devs and they will be able to integrate it"

this all together will be used in single account. but what if we have multiple accounts that are not connected to us and all of them need same setup except company and payment details?

I'm not sure how to help unfortunately, there seems to be so much you're not yet grasping about the entire set up 😦

Who is receiving funds for the tips Is this the driver, or the restaurant?

restaurant receives the tip and pays it to driver
