The incomplete payments are nothing to worry about. They happen when the plugin creates a PaymentIntent but for one reason or another does not charge it.

I would reach out to Woocommerce

Stripe does not write that plugin

No I cannot confirm that

There are a lot of reasons a PaymentIntent may be made. Not all of them would even have a payment attempt made on them

obviously there are a lot of people who complain since the 3d secure that the payments very often fail with stripe

it's too easy to blame woocommerce since souics also happens under shopify

I am not blaming anyone. We don't know what code if any is the problem here

If you talk to Woocommerce and it turns out to be an issue on Stripe's side, they will talk to us.
