i did that, but they do not seem to have any understanding of the fact that they are the plugin developers, so thats that ^^

I'm not sure I can really suggest anything else unfortunately! If it's a plugin that calls our API on your behalf, they are the developers that wrote it so if there's an issue with it that's not specifically related to something about Stripe, they should be able to provide support.

you see, this is a plugin from the shopware plugin store. shopware is not the developer of the plugin, they clearly list stripe as the developer:

if shopware was the developer or some other agency, their name would appear on the second row

interesting! I've never heard of Shopware before today, but I can't find a clear answer either. Asking a colleague.

this we also already found, but it looks to be the plugin for shopware version 5 only, we are using version 6

the information I have is that Pickware should support both our plugins for v5 and v6

i just called the up. you were right. they are the developer, even there is nothing regarding that on their webpage.
