yes I need to evaluate ofcourse if the customer puts in the right card info before i proceed

The issue is that since i have capture_method: "manual", i will get error

With separate authorization and capture the Payment Sheet still confirms the Payment Intent, but you need to actually capture the funds after that (server-side) to get paid.
