I believe Issuing balance has to come from your bank account - not from your other balances that you would receive by accepting payment from a user. Let me double check on this though

You're right - my apologies! I missed the sentence in our documentation that talks about this

I believe you can only transfer funds from your Stripe balance if they are available (not pending), so you wouldn't be able to immediately transfer them toyour issuing balance

That depends on a number of factors like country, the kind of business, etc. You can find a list of the expected availability by country here (https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#standard-payout-timing)

Yes, but the availability guidance still applies - these timelines specify at what speed the funds from your Stripe balance become available (either to be paid out, or to be transfered to your issuing balance)
