but you have to visit https://dashboard.stripe.com/connect/ and sign up to use Connect on the platform account you're going to use.

This is from the developer side or the plugin users(merchants) ?

basically merchants need to create stripe account and entering API keys in our plugins settings page..This is the normal flow

What i want is our plugin users that is merchants will be able to connect to stripe account with a button

it's whoever the platform account will be(the account that the 'sub-merchants' will connect their account to)
