@merry canyon the dashboard is the only way. Not sure what you mean by 'business onboarding' hopefully we don't require you to fully activate the platform account and visiting https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/connect directly should work!

That's the link I was looking for. It seemed I have to finish activating the account before I could make these changes.
