But it says my payments will be made today. Still can't do it?
If you have that warning, then it means those payouts won't happen and they'll just keep getting pushed back
I understand. But in Germany my bills etc. Not on my behalf, but on behalf of a relative. If I upload an invoice on his behalf, will it be accepted?
That would be something you have to ask support - I don't know the legal ramifications/requirements that you need to meet, but support will know

But they've only had e-mail for weeks and they're very weak.
