@muted grail unfortunately this is not something we support today and a developer role usually has access to many things since they need to change sensitive settings like webhooks or subscription retries and they see both Live and Test mode
You can see all the roles on https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/team when you try to add a new team member and our docs are https://stripe.com/docs/dashboard/teams

but mostly your developers has ~full access to be able to do their job and there isn't a way around it 😦
