We keep getting the following issues
Bank Verification Error Message
We've tried talking to Stripe Support about it
On the Stripe Dashboard, it shows up as bank verification failed
What did support say? It does look like this would be more a question for them.
Is that error message directly from Stripe?
Error message is from Stripe
Support had me send in some bank statements to verify over the weekend.
I was told yesterday that one of the banks (Middlesex) is verified
but of course the issue still persists as you can see
Do you know what the issue is for the first three verifies?
Are you largely able to do this process properly but only certain accounts are problematic?
We are still working on getting to the root cause.
We've talked to Stripe support many times about that issue
All accounts are having this issue
I keep repeating myself to a new support person everyday

What Stripe call is this on? Can you send me the request ID? (req_123)

@blazing knot that request id seems totally unrelated. It lists payment sources for a customer that has none in your Stripe account
But the error message you have indicates that the customer failed micro-deposits verification 3 times. When that happens, we block the bank account. Otherwise someone could try any value until they succeed to it's totally expected. You want to work with our support team to debug this: https://support.stripe.com/contact but we won't be able to help here since it's not about your code
Just to clarify, you are saying it's a customer issue and not a technical issue correct?
The customer is asked "what are the values of micro-deposits" and they entered incorrect values, or your code sent incorrect values. It's easy to confirm by checking the logs on the Customer page to see what you sent

So no values have been entered yet, I was doing the testing with our app to test the ACH integration
So it sounds like it's my stripe account
But I have already sent in the bank statements the team required

We don't do Zoom calls here, we help developers with their code which is easier via text. But it doesn't look like you have a technical question related to our API or code

This is unrelated to your code. You entered invalid values for micro-deposits and the bank account is blocked. Did you confirm that the value you manually entered matched what you saw on your bank statement?

I did not enter any values on Stripe yet. I have not confirmed those values yet.

can you share the bank account id? the ba_123456 for me to show you quickly as it's been a lot of back and forth already
Yes and I tried clearing that up with Stripe and then we tried testing out project again on ios with a new test build

You're supposed to know the bank account id, your code would use it everywhere.
But okay you already tried to verify and you already blocked the account. So really it's a question with our support team at that point. You'll need to continue talking to them directly on https://support.stripe.com/contact and they can help you further

Correct, based on the info you provided it seems like you didn't verify the bank account properly and are now stuck. You will need to talk to our support team directly!
