It makes sense that you don't see any Stripe logs. The call that you indicated is just retrieving our JS library and isn't directly associated with your account.

Not sure, it works fine for me. Is this your only customer having this problem? Can you reproduce the concern on your machine?

it works for everyone, but it did not work for this customer

are you able to track the issue using this customers IP?
