Hi there, that depends on the type of your connect account, if your account is standard, the sellers would have their individual accounts they would have access to, same for express account where they can access their express account. They cannot access the Stripe dashboard with a custom account.

I mean they can login to dashboard and do some actions like update or delete payout

For express account, the sellers cannot update or delete payout, they can only view the payout amount, history and update payment method for the payout.
