i dont know if you are able to or able to pass this on. but i think would be helpful to maybe add a help bubble next to that question basically saying what you said. i think it would be very helpful to people who are not that tech savvy in this area. might help stop you guys from getting dumb questions like this and taking up your time.

Usually services like the one you're describing have different signup flows that avoid questions like this. Can I ask which service you're signing up for?

i just want to sign up for stripe so i can utilize drone base. im signing up for drone base to make some extra money in my area. and they require i use a stripe account. i just want the account to accept the money they put in and then transfer that money into my bank account. nothing fancy.
i just went on your site and clicked "sign up" if thats what your asking

I think they have their own special Stripe signup process:
You can sign up using the link in your pilot profile under Payment Information.
Is that the link you used to sign up for Stripe?

no. i just saw they required a stripe account. so i just typed stripe into bing. clicked the home page and then clicked sign up. and was met with that question about having engineer support.
oh geez. i just attempted signing up via dronebase's own link. this is leagues different.

Ah, that's why. The link from your profile on the DroneBase site will likely take you through an entirely different process.

You can probably put in the DroneBase site since you're signing up for them. Maybe your specific profile URL if you have one.

sweet! that was not so bad to sign up! Thank you again that was not as bad as signing up for other services.
but i do have one more question. i am signed up and im taken to the home page that shows me all the little things. earnings. on the way. a info grape of income ((id suspect)) but back on the drone base website. it still shows a prompt down at the bottom of my profile saying to sign up. will that always be there or will it go away and show me connected up?
