You should contact support at https://support.stripe.com/contact/email and also push the merchant to contact Stripe on your behalf.

He said he had no time, but he said my money would be refunded automatically. Is that true?

It's hard for me to say definitively because I have no idea what state the payment is in or what their integration looks like. I would really push on them to contact Stripe since we have no way of know what you tried to paid for.
