Checked the docs and it looks like there is is no way to verify it through Stripe itself, but I bet you could do the following:

  1. Setup the Driver's Connect account (including their external account)
  2. Transfer $1 to their Connect account
  3. Do an instant payout
  4. See if it succeeds
