best approach would be to use CheckoutSession but it does require code (PaymentLinks are no code but mostly support card PaymentMethods right now)
I can't help build it (I'm an engineer at Stripe) for you but open for other freelance developers to jump in. Best bet would be to look at Upwork or Toptal etc to hire a developer

Thank you for all the information! Could you tell me what kind of a developer I should look for (how I should phrase it to find a developer for this job)? I've seen instructions in Stripe doc with Ruby, Java, Python etc. and I'm wondering what's the determining factor which one should we go with.
