do u know of any work around to make the business use work
i know we can make transfer funds from charge before they are added to stripe available balance. A pending balance will transfer immediately but the funds will not become available until the original charge becomes available
the issue is we dont want the connected account user to be able to withdraw the money until 3 days after the completion of the reservation

You can control all of this, with Custom and Express accounts you can switch them to manual payouts to control when you send them the funds
