Can you elaborate on what you mean by?
We have a problem where the authentication methods provided for a customer to go through the 3DS2 flow is not options available to the customer.
When you do payments via your paymentintents and verify them via 3ds2 you see a view where you have to verify your identity.
There are a lot of different ways to verify. One is an app from your bank, another one is through your phone, and a third one is with external chips that give you a code.
We see customers get an option they haven't ordered from their bank, while the option they have ordered from their bank is not present.
Unfortunately that part of the flow is controlled by the bank/issuer and is outside of our scope.
