Connected accounts are merchants (those getting paid). Customers are customers (those paying for charges).

i understand, if i have Companies and Workers ( example of Marketplace) what i should use ?

For both i must create connected account ?

If you've got a person/company that is paying you (creating charges where they are paying), they're a Customer. If they're getting paid they're a Connected Account.
