Can I use apple pay button to make payment from app?

you can use Apple Pay in a native app yes.

no actually my question is if I use apple pay js code in my app its possible to make payment from app?

it depends on how your app works. Are using a WebView?

but ultimately I don't think it will work in Ionic really since to use "apple pay js" you need to register a domain name with Apple, and that's not a thing you can do in a "web page" like the ones Ionic creates.
