if you hover over the chart, and then click on one of the bars, it will show the list of requests made and you can see the details of those requests (request parameters, where it originated from, etc). So yes, to some degree, your app is using those versions

isn't the button at the bottom of the pop up?

after you click on Upgrade available, there will be a pop up, and at the bottom of the pop up, there should be an upgrade button
