Hmm... it really could be any number of things - is this an account that's had payouts work in the past, or has it never gotten a payout?

Yeah it's been paid out in march 2020

With risk related things, it's hard to know what is/isn't reflected on the dashboard. From what I can see, I think someone should've reached out about it so if you're unaware of any issues it's definitely best to check in with support

I'm administrater of the account, so it not showing any indication on the dash that payouts are not going to happpen, even indicating that they are and then just not doing them is... not a great user experience

Yeah that's fair - i'll make sure to flag with those folks (but I don't know too much about what they can/can't share in the dashboard). Never hurts to flag it though!
