Hello! It sounds like your account isn't configured as a platform. What type of connected accounts are you using? Standard?

gentle umbra
#

Yes

#

You mean primary account, not connected?

cursive plover
#

No, the connected account, what type is it?

#

Standard, Express, or Custom?

gentle umbra
#

Dumb question, where do see that on the dashboard? I can see activity, Identity etc for the connected account

#

Found it. IKt is Standard

#

With a "Platform controls enabled" beside it

Did you create the connected account using the API or did you connect to it via OAuth?

gentle umbra
#

API

#

Ahh but had Oauth enabled in connect settings? Could that be it?

No, I doubt it. Can you find the request ID showing that error so I can take a closer look? Here's how you can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

gentle umbra
