Hello! It sounds like your account isn't configured as a platform. What type of connected accounts are you using? Standard?
Dumb question, where do see that on the dashboard? I can see activity, Identity etc for the connected account
Found it. IKt is Standard
With a "Platform controls enabled" beside it
Did you create the connected account using the API or did you connect to it via OAuth?

Do you have the request ID for the one that threw the error?
Are you sure you're using the correct publishable key and account ID in your frontend code?
