that's a weird error, and I looked briefly and you do seem like an Admin, so I'm not sure that's expected

Yeah I've setup about 50 webhooks for clients and never come across it

typically even being set as developer is enough

if you need to be unblocked, ask the owner to add the endpoint for you but write to https://support.stripe.com/email too so we can have a look

the webhooks page changed recently so maybe something broke
