Hmm, what is their account type? standard/express/custom? I think as a Platform you should be able to change the account status

In Dashboard you can also "reject" the account, not sure if that's what you want

We're now designing the merchant onboard page. We are thinking about what to do when the merchant cancel onboard.

After they finished the Onboarding process, you as a Platform can manage the account using Account API. I don't see there is an option for themself to somehow "cancel" or "resign"

Someday if they would not like to use our platform anymore, maybe they want to cancel.

I see. While I think the answer is no, they don't have the option to do it themself, but could you ask Support for sure?
