We're working on an API for PaymentLinks so when that ships it will be easier but for now it's unfortunately not possible

OK, should we expect less webhooks from connected accounts in the future? What I mean is that you switched to a new system where "platforms" have to have a 1:1 relationship with a connected account, so if someone is Connected to Squarespace or Shopify, all the payments from those accounts we were receiving and filtering. Will that change mean we will have to filter out less webhooks since those webhooks will only get sent to that one platform? I am not 100% clear on that change and who it affects.

Mostly yes. The goal is to have one platform that controls an account and can make payments. So most accounts connected to your platform would only be connected to your platform.
But it will take a while, as many existing platforms still want access (extensions for analytics, tax, etc.) so it's not a clean/full rollout yet. We're adding more features to allow a platform to control a standard account though and when that releases you'll be able to enforce this
