(Also please don't delete the original message)

Yes I am trying to locate your issue. What is that stripe_3ds2_fingerprint? What API are you referring to?

honest flame
#

Let me explain it again...We had implemented the google pay with stripe but integration isn't working when we move the code on the production...because one of card details used for payment ..need stripe_3ds2_fingerprint authentication. same card details in the stripe 'Test mode' not asking for stripe_3ds2_fingerprint. We can not re produce same issue on 'Test mode'

For example

#

3220 with

3D Secure 2 authentication must be completed for the payment to be successful. By default, your Radar rules will request 3D Secure authentication for this card.

Can I use these Test cards for Google Pay testing?

#

What card have you been using to test GooglePay in test mode?

#

Some real card?

honest flame
#

Same real card

Hey, sorry my previous information about test card might be misleading.

#

Let me clarify

#

when your customer setup a 3ds2 card into Google Pay, they should already authenticate during a confirmation page, correct?

#

where are you seeing that stripe_3ds2_fingerprint? Can you provide a screenshot? or a failed request id?

#

are you using GooglePay on web or on app?

honest flame
#

I am using GooglePay on web

#

this screenshot got from customer

left garnet
#

That's confusing hmm. Where is it saying stripe_3ds2_fingerprint

honest flame
#

yes, but the there is authentication window.....below the google pay window. We checked the developer logs for this request then we got to know that was stripe_3ds2_fingerprint request

#

this should appear on the Google pay on web or not?

#

Are you there?

Sorry I was a bit stretched. I would like to know the request id (logs) to look at it further. But you can always write into our Support and we can continue to support in an email thread based with more information provided

#

Sorry I need to run for now. Feel free to come back open another thread, or write into Support and we can continue help you there

I see this is a display problem between GooglePay modal and the 3DS modal
