hey there, i'm not too sure what you're referring to, but i would expect similar functionality to be available for live customers. do they have similar payment method set up?

yes. and the bank account has been set up and verified. In test mode, in the customer, I have the 'make payment' option under actions. This is not available in the similar customer . The ability to create a invoice is there. I don't see any difference...
