What things do you do? Do you have stubs that you serve and what triggers the stubs if you do? How do you keep the responses in sync with your real API?

Has there been any write ups on this? I can't find any on the stripe engineering blog

I'm not completely sure if I'm allowed to share these specifics, and I also don't know the specifics of how this is implemented - it was made years ago
