Is it possible to have an upsell to a recurring price when we start a checkout session for a one-payment price ?

For example : I want to buy a T-shirt, but you can subscribe to an extra subscription product ?

It's not. You have to specify either a payment or a Subscription when you create the CheckoutSession.
