Hello, what type of error would you like to receive notifications for?
When you mention events and api errors are not visible, are these what you are after?

the latter yes... but I need a notification email/webhook etc from the log on 400+ statuses

Please find these Stripe webhook events you could listen to https://stripe.com/docs/api/events/types
depending on what type of 4XX status failed events you would like to listen to, e.g. payment_intent.payment_failed event
