Hello! I don't think so... our recommended guidance when Subscriptions are created by both the platform and the account itself (which is something we don't recommend) is to add metadata to the Subscriptions so you can tell where they came from.

I have a case where I have a Subscription ID but it's hard (on our side) to know whether it's a platform or an account sub id

Oh, so you want to be able to tell based on just the Subscription ID itself before making any API calls?

That's not possible unless you keep a record of Subscription IDs and which account they're associated with on your end.
