Hello! Can you provide more information? Do you have an event ID that failed so I can take a closer look?
I had a look and I don't see any details on our end beyond the connection timing out, meaning our servers tried to establish a connection to your server to deliver the event and your server did not respond before we timed out.
It does look like several retries did succeed and were successfully delivered.
Some automatic, some manual.
yes but when i manully resend it works find and my server is working fine
Have you asked your server host if there are any connectivity issues they're aware of, or if they can check to see if your server is experiencing issues?
Have you checked with your server host though? They may have made a change on their end that's only impacting inbound connections, or put some security software in place that's causing the issue.
i have multi site within the same server and they seem to be working fine.
im having issuse with only 2 accounts
How many events have failed with the same timeout error?
2 this evening before switching to inline
And, just to clarify, you have not asked your server host about this?
im on anim calling them now b
If only two events have failed delivery it could be a momentary network glitch. I can tell you, from our end for the event you provided the ID for above, we tried to contact your server, got no response, and timed out.
That's all the detail we have on our end.
Yep, we document them here: https://stripe.com/docs/ips#webhook-notifications
Can you reproduce the issue on demand, maybe in test mode?
It would help if we could look at several examples of the issue.
If all other event delivery attempts to your webhook endpoint are working and you only had two failures it was likely an intermittent network connectivity issue.
There are no webhook delivery issues that I'm aware of today, no.
dose stripe need rest api enabled in wordpress?
