Stripe supports ACH debit: https://stripe.com/docs/ach
We can't really speak to what is supported/doable on Salesforce but as long as you can build your own form and have your own server to handle the requests that flow should work for you

We don't require Plaid, it's an option.

you can skip it and do micro-deposits. But Plaid works too, we've supported it for many years. If you encounter issues, we'd need more details
