@sinful sparrow I'd suggest contacting our support team at https://support.stripe.com/email as they have access/context on your account and can look into what's happening!

Here is an example of one - all have the same product ID "669" but honestly I'm not even sure which customer's site it is coming from

maybe the wordpress plugin you use has a setting you can disable for this. (they are sending the email, not Stripe)

Hmm do you know any way to pinpoint which site? I probably have dozens over the years

what's the pi_xxx ID from that email? that's the ID of the payment and it's connected to your account.

Do you mean the one in the Debug data? For that one it was "pi_3Jk6g2LTb5u0OvyC1ktn7u9u" but it's a different ID in every email.

well that one at least is for an account called "Bri***** T**d" if that helps. This is a public channel so I can't be more specific

https://stripe.com/docs/card-testing#mitigations is generally a good place to start, if you're the developer and able to add a captcha that can help. But you use this WooCommerce plugin so you likely need their involvement as well.

as I said, it's best to contact our support team directly here

Ah OK I just viewed the email header and now I believe I know which site it is coming from at least - and that corresponds with the account you mentioned above. I'll dig in there and see what I can find

to be clear this looks like clear fraud/testing unfortunately so it's almost certainly related to the links I posted above

#

please write to our support team as well
