@fair fox they're payouts on a connected account so you have to pass the Stripe-Account option in the RequestOptions to the list call

e.g that bank account is on your connected account acct_1JZbFG2Q87VDbShH so you need to pass setStripeAccount("acct_1JZbFG2Q87VDbShH")
