Do you mean the customer name? I don't believe there is a way to display this on plain Payment Intent/Charge receipts, but let me check

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing a way to do this with basic receipts - I believe we only do this for receipts from subscriptons/invoices

You're certainly welcome to build your own email receipt, but that's something you'd have to implement yourself

No, there aren't any instructions since it's not something we really recommend unless you need a high level of customization (which we wouldn't be able to provide guidance on)

how could we do that then? We would like to have some prototypes at least in test mode to represent business values, so we can understand better from product perspective.

It's really something you'd have to own from start to finish - we wouldn't be able to help with it

You can use our email receipt as a model, but it would be up to you to build it

I see, so Stripe does not have a portal to customize existing email templates. We will need to send our own email from a different email service if we want to.
