if you have that ID handy I can take a quick look.

I've had my developers check it's not something we've done wrong our end. Their fairly confident it's not - but you obviously know the API 1000x better so you may see an issue immediately that we can fix our side?
yeah that's weird, the Person object on the account is US-based somehow
I doubt it's anything on your side since this is all a hosted Stripe surface
Well we push some countries to express and others to standard. And I know we had something weird like this with Malaysia because Stripe wouldn't allow us to provide them with an Express account.
So I know there is some custom direction going on. But our team are pretty sure there is nothing on our side pushing her to a US account.
Is there anything you can suggest that would help her sign up in a way that will let her reset the Person object back to Italy?
my guess is something like that person has a different Express account and entered US details there and those were shared with this account(since we try to share the legal entity between accounts)
I really don't know anything about this, our support team should be able to help and escalate things.
