According to the user agent the customer is using Safari 15. I tried to do the same on my account and it didn't seem to be a problem
@north stag I looked and this just seems like an error with the issuing bank(there was a generic error when we tried to contact them as part of the 3D Secure v2 protocol to get the details for what to show in the prompt).
you can only really ask the customer to try a different card and have them contact their bank to ask why their card was unable to be processed. Unfortunately this happens sometimes with 3D Secure, issuers and banks can have problems or outages.
