I have a marketplace where people can sell pictures to other people. Seller receives money the buyer uses to purchase in a Conn.Stnd.Acct. I would like to figure out how I taxes work for this product, and how Stripe manages them. Like how could I let my sellers pay taxes based referred to the $volume related to the pics they sold?

There are two pieces to that question, that need to be directed to two different places. Firstly, you'll need to speak with your business's tax advisor about how those products should be taxed.
Once you have an understanding of that you'll want to write into our support team with an explanation of your business/tax scenario, and they'll be able to determine which of our features or products will be a good fit for your situation.
