@split galleon it's not possible no, those settings for cc emails and so on are not available in the API, they're dashboard-only.

it's a common feature request but unfortunately there's no plans at the moment.

we're very aware of it and it's something I and my team raise internally frequently , but no current plans, I wish it was different!
