if you want to remove the discount on existing subscriptions you'd update them and set discount="" basically

So when a customer gets 5$ discount coupon for 10$ subscription he will have it forever?

well it might not be forever(since coupons can have limits like only lasting a certain number of months), but essentially yes

it deletes the promo codes as well(or at least makes it so you can't redeem them, naturally)

Can I create a new coupon with promo code which is the same promo code as the deleted one?

For example: Winter10
delete it in Spring
und create new Winter10 in next year
