Our business model has many features that start with a free amount tier,, and displaying all of them would generate a massive amount of invoice items on the invoice document.

Could you give an example of Invoice?

unfortunately that's just how our product works and it will have those items, there's not really any option unless you generate your own custom PDFs instead(like reading the information of the Invoice from the API and only including the parts you want to in your output)
